New year, New offering

I'm back from a little hiatus, and finally feeling in the swing of things again. December was a weird one, no? Between holidays, getting sick, taking a little vaca, and having just a minor personal meltdown, I was completely out of my routine and feeling ungrounded.

I'm back on the ground, so to speak, and happy to be moving forward with some exciting new things!!

If you've been following my journey for a little while, especially over on IG, you know I'm pretty obsessed with design, decorating, and DIY projects. It's the thing I do to procrastinate on the things I "should" do (such a dirty word), and it's the thing I literally can't not do. I've known my whole life - even back when I was a little kid making 3D models of my bedroom furniture so I could plan my next rearrange - that I'd eventually pursue this professionally.

TBH, I think I liked leaving it out there as the "one day" thing, because as long as we leave our real dreams out there for "one day," we can assume they'll go well, right? We don't have to face the scary fact that they may not, and we'll be left with no more dreams to "fall back" on. Womp womp.

Well, as if getting hired to do interior design for a total stranger in 2019 wasn't a big enough sign from the universe (duh), it's been pushing on me even harder lately. Like, silly hard. Comical, even, how obvious it started to get. But, I still love coaching, and wellness, and while I knew it was all inherently linked, I was struggling to put the pieces together, until I discovered...

*WELLNESS DESIGN*

Wellness design combines my superhuman senses (highly sensitive person here) with my former career in environmental sustainability, my existing career in wellness, and my lifelong obsession and intuitive gifts for design. As I told my mom: if somehow it just incorporated reality TV, it would be literally everything that makes up ME!  To which she said: well duh you get a show doing it on HGTV. Good call, Mom! Do we know anybody that can make that happen??

Anyhoo, what this means for you - besides hopefully getting some inspo from this little story and maybe finding more clarity on what the thing you're meant to do is, aka what's the thing you can't not do?? - is there's a new offering on the table :)

The Wellness Design service is about creating a space to support your best self physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually  and helping you create the lifestyle you crave the most. To get myself going, I'm offering FREE CONSULTATIONS to gather info and experience. I'd SO love your help as I shape my offering and understand how I can best serve people.

In these 30-min [virtual] consults, we will discuss how to curate your space to:

Reduce stress
Avoid toxicity
Encourage healthy habits
Improve sleep
Boost your mood
Make you (and your inner child) feel safe
Balance your energy
Minimize your to-do list
Make your life easier
Absolutely LOVE the space you spend your time in!
