Chaturanga Workshop
In this pre-recorded workshop, we go through movements that are both strength-building for chaturanga, as well as good alternatives to chaturanga. We break down the pose: alignment and engagement. There's a short warm-up, and a flow at the end; and we workshop down dog a bit too!
