In this one-hour workshop, we’ll talk about how best to set up your work space to alleviate pain and create distinction between work and rest. You'll learn some super simple stretches to do at your desk, breathing techniques to keep you calm and focused, and the tools you'll need to actually stick with your new healthy habits even when deadlines and zoom fatigue starts stressing you out. This session is less of an active mindfulness session and more of an information-gathering, setting you up for long-term individual sustainability.
