If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you’ll find a link in the aforementioned email to do that. Sessions must be canceled a minimum of 4 hours ahead of time, and can be rescheduled only once. If you find yourself needing to reschedule more than once, I’ll ask that you pause, reassess your availability and commitment, and reschedule with me at a time that you are more ready to dive in.
